Aja Anderson has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at New Chapter, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Aja spent over a decade at TPI Staffing Group, where positions included Director of Operations, Payroll Manager, and General Manager from February 2011 to February 2022. Aja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keene State College, attained between 2004 and 2008.
