Lance Derek Adams, MHA has extensive experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, and oversight roles. Currently, Lance serves as the Manager of Quality Assurance at New Century Health. In their previous roles, Lance has worked with various healthcare organizations such as Brand New Day Health Plan, Alignment Healthcare, Molina Healthcare, and more. Lance holds a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
