Scott Powers has extensive experience in educational leadership and communication, currently serving as the Executive Director of Public Relations at New Caney Independent School District since March 2015. Prior to this role, Scott held positions as the Chief Learning Officer and Instructional Technology/Communications Coordinator at Navasota Independent School District from June 2009 to March 2015. Scott's academic achievements include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master of Education in Educational Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, all obtained from Texas A&M University.
