Thomas Mach serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the New Britain Museum of American Art since October 2023 and a Member of the Board of Directors at FARMINGTON VALLEY ARTS CENTER INC since March 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Thomas Mach Interiors since June 2015, Thomas Mach also holds extensive experience in retail management, having worked as Vice President Store Manager at Macy's from November 2007 to June 2015, where significant contributions included cultural transformation and talent management. Prior roles include Regional Merchandising Manager at Macy's from 2004 to 2007 and Divisional Sales Manager at Lord & Taylor from 1999 to 2004, focusing on merchandising strategies and team restructuring. Thomas Mach earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1990 and 1994.
