Monika Arora currently serves as Vendor Relations Manager at New Benefits since August 2022. Previous experience as Senior Portfolio Manager at Xome spanned from May 2006 to June 2021, during which Monika successfully sold over 10,000 real estate owned properties, generating over $1 million in revenue. Key achievements include implementing a new online self-service tool, training over 20 new hires on asset management techniques, and managing investor portfolios for Fannie Mae and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Additionally, Monika conducted financial analysis and underwriting, collaborated with various stakeholders to optimize sale processes, evaluated vendor performance, and contributed to cash flow models and business planning. Monika holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from the University of North Texas, obtained in 2006.
