Randy Phillips has extensive experience in education and community service, currently serving as the Education Assistant Manager at Oneida Indian Nation since 2010, where responsibilities include developing an effective language program for the community. In addition, Randy holds a position as an associate pastor at New Beginnings Church since 2000, overseeing the teen ministry. Previously, Randy taught 4th, 5th, and 6th graders at Oneida Schools from 1976 to 2010. Randy is academically qualified with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roberts Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the same institution.
