Howard C Harrison Jr. has over two decades of diverse experience in leadership and ministry. Currently serving as the Senior Pastor at New Beginnings Church since July 2007, Howard was called to ministry at age 21 and has consistently sought divine guidance throughout their service. In addition, Howard has been the Director of Operations at Build A Legacy International since May 2016, where Howard C is a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and Speaker. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of DCA from January 1997 to May 2016, focusing on conflict resolution and leadership development in healthcare settings, and as a Field Organizer for Local 1115 from January 1993 to January 1996, advocating for union representation in nursing homes and hospitals. Howard's educational background includes studies in Political Science and Government at Northern Virginia Community College and Nazareth Regional High School.
