Melissa Worth is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retail and apparel industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Americas at New Balance since November 2018, Melissa oversees over 2,000 employees and holds full P&L responsibility for the region. Prior to this role, Melissa was President of Perry Ellis Menswear at Perry Ellis International from March 2006 to November 2018, and also held a position as a Planner in Corporate Merchandising at TJX from January 2004 to June 2006. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked at Puma in various early retail roles, including Assistant Manager at the Newbury Street location, where responsibilities included operations and business development. Melissa holds Executive Education degrees from Harvard Business School in Leadership for Senior Executives and Corporate Board Director, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami.
