Aaron Belyea possesses extensive experience in creative design and management within various industries. Currently serving as Senior Creative Design Manager at New Balance since July 2016, Aaron has contributed to brand and visual design for the renowned footwear manufacturer. In parallel, Aaron operates Alphabet Arm, a creative design studio specializing in distinctive print design solutions since November 2001. Previous roles include Designer at Planetary Group and Manager at Urban Outfitters. Early professional experience involved working as a Child Care Worker and Assistant Art Teacher at The Home for Little Wanderers and the Italian Home for Children, focusing on emotionally and physically abused children. Aaron's educational background includes attendance at Masconomet Regional High School from 1980 to 1985.
