Charity Faith Casacop is an experienced operations specialist currently working at New Apprenticeship since July 2022. Previously, Charity held virtual assistant roles at Launch Labs 2.0 and Smart Traffic - Fitness Marketing, and served as a home-based email specialist at Teleiman. Early career roles included work from home agent at kgb and various positions at Affiliated Computer Services, such as customer resolutions desk agent and transcriptionist. Charity holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Pedro College of Business Administration and has completed undergraduate studies in the same field at Far Eastern University.
