Rachel Lee currently serves as the Director of Audience and Youth Engagement at New 42, a position held since August 2024, while also facilitating virtual workshops at Collective focusing on equity, inclusion, and belonging since June 2022. Previously, Rachel was the Manager of Education and Community Relations at Little Island NYC, overseeing various programs aimed at engaging and educating the local community, and held roles in recruitment and training within the same organization. With experience as a Guest Instructor at multiple universities and as an Employee Resource Group Chair at Disney Theatrical Group, Rachel has contributed to initiatives fostering diversity and inclusion. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Film and Television from UCLA and a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
