Kristen Barrett boasts extensive experience in development and institutional giving, having served in various leadership roles at the School of American Ballet from August 2012 to August 2024, including Director of Development and Director of Institutional Giving. Prior to that, Kristen Barrett was the President/CEO of Kristen Barrett & Associates, LLC, from June 2010 to August 2012. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Development at Children's Home Society, Development Director at Broward Housing Solutions, and Grants Manager at both Women In Distress of Broward County and Kids In Distress. Kristen Barrett holds a Master’s Degree in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from New York University and a B.A. in Business from the University of Florida.
