Clay Cole is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Partner and Principal at New 2ND Capital since August 2016, where the focus is on private equity investments in middle market companies through complex Secondaries transactions. Prior to this role, Clay Cole gained industry experience as an MBA Intern in Upstream Americas Strategy at Shell in 2015, and as an Associate at AlpInvest Partners from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Clay Cole began a career in investment banking as an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank from 2008 to 2010. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia.
