Philippe Leblanc is a skilled network professional with extensive experience in network analysis and engineering. Currently, Philippe serves as a Network Analyst for the Nevada System of Higher Education, overseeing the statewide network that provides internet services to higher education institutions in Nevada. Prior to this, Philippe worked as a Network Engineer at the University of Nevada, Reno, focusing on network equipment implementation and troubleshooting. Philippe's career also includes an IT Administrator role at Bishop Manogue Catholic High School, where technology support was provided to staff and students. Earlier academic engagements include positions as a Graduate Student Researcher, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Nevada, Reno, culminating in a Ph.D. in Plasma and High-Temperature Physics.
