Morgan Shah serves as the Director of Community Engagement and Community Development Attorney at Nevada Legal Services since February 2018. Prior to this role, Morgan operated as a self-employed attorney and held the position of Associate Attorney at Gibbs Giden Locher Turner Senet & Wittbrodt LLP. Experience includes serving as Law Clerk to Judge Jerome T. Tao at the Nevada Court of Appeals and as Associate Attorney at David J. Merrill, P.C., specializing in commercial disputes. Early legal training involved judicial internships at the Nevada Supreme Court and the Eighth Judicial District Court, alongside roles as a student worker and legal extern. Morgan holds a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the same institution.
