Lucia Stewart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program development and training within educational and workforce development settings. Currently serving as a Program Support Specialist/Data Control at Nevada County Superintendent of Schools since January 2018, Lucia conducts process improvements and oversees staff to enhance early learning and care workforce development initiatives. Concurrently, Lucia is a Training Analyst at the CA Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, focusing on statewide HR training programs. Previous roles include Training Coordinator at Sierra Nevada Children's Services, Career Pathways Coach at John Muir Charter School, and various positions in instructional design and civic engagement, all emphasizing the importance of access and inclusion in education.
