Kelli Gerasimou is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in leadership roles within the medical and finance industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Neuspera Medical Inc., Kelli previously held significant positions at Alcon as VP of Finance for Ivantis, and at Ivantis, Inc. as Vice President and Head of Finance prior to its acquisition by Alcon. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Accounting Manager at Ensign Services and Director of Finance at Strathspey Crown LLC. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
