Hemant Gupta has a diverse work experience in various companies. Hemant started their career in 2001 as an Article at Kaushik Saraswat Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants. In 2007, they became a Partner at Awadhesh Anurag Jai & Associates, and held this role until 2016. In 2008, they joined NeuSource Process Outsource Private Limited as an Executive Director. Most recently, in 2017, they founded and became the Director of NEUSOURCE STARTUP MINDS INDIA LIMITED.

From 2002 to 2007, Hemant Gupta attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a Chartered Accountant degree in Commerce.
