Katie Merrill Stam is an experienced physical therapist with a comprehensive background in pediatric care. With a current position at NEUROWORX since June 2017, Katie previously contributed expertise at Intermountain Healthcare in the Inpatient Pediatrics unit from May 2012 to July 2023 and served as a staff physical therapist at Promise Healthcare from May 2012 to December 2017. Katie holds a Research Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Brigham Young University, completed in 2009.
