Armin Rauschenberger is the owner of Rauschenberger Consulting, specializing in conflict management, change management, and leadership development since February 2024. Currently serving as Head of HRM Competence Center and Head of Corporate Human Resources Development at Neuroth, Rauschenberger focuses on recruitment, training, and employer branding, emphasizing the strategic development of personnel as a key competitive advantage. Previously, Rauschenberger held the position of Managing Director at Audio lab Austria GmbH, overseeing B2B business development, and contributed significantly to the Neuroth Group in various roles, including Head of Strategy and Member of the Management Board. Educational qualifications include dual MBA degrees from WU Executive Academy and the University of Minnesota, along with credentials in mediation, process management, hearing aid acoustics, and a Master’s degree in law from the University of Graz.
