Mrs. Eriksson is the Chief Executive Officer with a strong background of over 20 years International experience from working with strategic planning and organizational development. She oversees all of the Company’s projects and is hands on involved in the day to day operation. Her experience in business development, fundraising, and marketing allows her to serve as decision maker on business strategy and other key policies. Additional she is as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations.

Being an accomplished team leader with strong project management skills, she is well suited for managing the project performance of all collaborators (including subaward, contractors, vendors) and be responsible for project cost control. She is an experienced client relationship builder with strong communication, presentation and negotiations skills, and has managed numerous projects consisting of representatives from federal, state and municipal governments, executives from the private sector, and people from nonprofits, academia, and other civic organizations.

Mrs. Eriksson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lund in Sweden. Her comprehensive understanding of how to accelerate business growth and find the right resources, combined with a resilient ability to anticipate, plan, multi-task, and prioritize activities to manage aggressive timelines is crucial to the company success.
