Matti Kawecki has a diverse background in sales and business development. Matti worked as a Sales Engineer at nsFlow and NeuroSYS, starting in 2021 and 2020 respectively. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at FOMS Sp. z o.o. since 2009. Matti also worked as a Market Entry Consultant at Craftware Sp. z o.o. from September 2019 to March 2020 and as a Business Developer Nordics at kreuzwerker GmbH from September 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they held the position of Head of Sales at Screenful from July 2017 to June 2018. Their earlier role was as the Branch Manager Germany at InTENSO - IT Experts, where they focused on improving the UX for JIRA & JSD through add-ons and served as a vendor for DevOps tools from January 2016 to June 2017.

Matti Kawecki completed their Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz (FH) from 1999 to 2003. Matti then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology between 2004 and 2007.
