Katerina Sofrona has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Katerina is currently working as a Customer Experience Director at Neurosoft since November 2023. Prior to this, Katerina held various positions at MarineTraffic, starting as a Customer Support Agent in October 2014 and progressing to roles like Customer Success Team Leader, Head of Customer Success, and Chief Customer Officer. Before MarineTraffic, they worked as an Account Executive at WOW group from September 2013 to September 2014. Katerina also has experience as a Co-Founder at mymaster.gr from September 2010 to November 2013 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Chipita S.A from February 2010 to May 2010.
Katerina Sofrona completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Science and Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business between 2006 and 2010. In 2012, they pursued an E-learning Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Piraeus. Later, in 2017, Katerina enrolled in Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon to study Maritime Strategy, Claims, and Operations through an e-learning program.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Katerina has obtained several certifications. In January 2016, they completed the Customer Success Management 101 certification from Gainsight Customer Success University. In January 2017, they further enhanced their knowledge with the Customer Success Management 201 certification from the same institution. In May 2018, Katerina acquired the Manager as a Coach: A collaborative Approach certification from Leadership Coaching, Inc. Most recently, in December 2021, they obtained the Driving to Close certification from JB Sales.
