Grace Oktaviana has seven years of work experience. Grace began their career in 2008 as a Marketing employee at PT. Eksonindo Multi Product Industry. In 2013, they joined PT. Kadence International as a Qualitative Assistant Research Manager and Qualitative Senior Research Executive. In 2015, they moved to Firefly Millward Brown as a Qualitative Account Manager and Kadence International as a Qualitative Senior Research Manager and Qualitative Research Manager. In 2018, they returned to NEUROSENSUM as a Qualitative Associate Director. In 2019, they joined InsightAsia as a Qualitative Associate Director. In 2021, they were promoted to Associate Director at NEUROSENSUM.

Grace Oktaviana obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia between 2002 and 2007.
