Srbo Nikolic's work experience starts in 2008, when they worked as a Controller at EagleOne Case Management Solutions. Srbo then joined UHS in 2009 as the Group Chief Financial Officer until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Division Chief Financial Officer at Acadia Healthcare. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, starting from June 2022.

Srbo Nikolic has a Master of Science in Accounting degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
