Pankaj Daga has a strong background in scientific research and has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Pankaj is currently working as a Principal Scientist at Neuron23 since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Simulations Plus, Inc. where they held multiple positions including Principal Scientist from November 2021 to June 2023, Senior Scientist II from January 2018 to November 2021, and Senior Scientist from January 2016 to January 2018. Before joining Simulations Plus, Inc., they worked at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research as a Presidential PostDoctoral Fellow from July 2012 to January 2016. Pankaj also gained experience as a Post Doctoral Fellow at Astraea Therapeutics from May 2010 to June 2012. Early in their career, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi from August 2005 to May 2010 and as a Research Associate at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from February 2003 to July 2005.

Pankaj Daga obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computational & Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Mississippi from 2005 to 2010. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Pharmacy at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research from 2001 to 2002. Their undergraduate education was completed at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy) degree from 1997 to 2001.
