Syed Imtiazuddin is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Neuron UAE since December 2020, Syed previously held key positions including Head of Customer Service and Claims at Cigna Insurance Middle East and Vice President Operations at Cigna SAICO Benefits Services. Earlier roles include Relationship Manager for Middle East at Cigna Global Health Benefits and Assistant Operations Manager at Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company, where Syed managed client services for Cigna.
