Bailey Schafer, BS, CNIM, is an experienced Surgical Neurophysiologist with a strong background in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, currently employed at Neuromonitoring Technologies since March 2014, where responsibilities include talent acquisition and clinician training. Previously, Bailey worked at Sentient Medical Systems providing monitoring for neuro and orthopedic surgeries and held various positions in sales and physical therapy settings. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University, complemented by educational experience at West Virginia University in Exercise Physiology and a high school diploma from John Carroll School. CNIM certification is maintained.
