Antoni Pomykala has a wealth of experience in the digital industry, having held various roles since 2007. Antoni began their career as Sales Director Banking & Finance at IT.expert in 2007, followed by VP Sales at Management Data Systems sp. z o.o. in 2010. In 2012, they moved to COMPAREX Poland a SoftwareONE Company, where they held the roles of Digital Transformation Manager and Sales Director. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at T-Systems Polska as Dyrektor Działu Usług Cyfrowych, Digital & Cloud Services Country Lead, and at ICAN Institute as Digital Transformation Managing Director. In 2021, they also worked at Computex as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and at Uni Systems as Digital Transformation Manager | Customer Success Manager. Antoni currently holds the roles of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at both Meta Digital and NeuroGames Lab Sp. z o.o., as well as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Omniaz.

Antoni Pomykala attended Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie from 1993 to 2000, studying Mathematics and Computer Science, as well as Matematyka z elementami informatyki. In August 2019, they obtained a Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci.
