Gordian Ratajczak is the Head of Product at neuroflash, guiding the development of their SaaS solution to make AI accessible for marketing and content experts. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Gordian has experience as a Project Manager conducting market research projects and as a Youth Worker coordinating and supervising groups of children and adolescents. As a Student Coach and Teaching Assistant, Gordian has also focused on personal and academic development, utilizing a solution-focused and cognitive behavioral coaching approach. Additionally, Gordian has served as a Civil Servant providing individual support to profoundly disabled individuals.
