Israel Shainert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Israel started their career in 1993 at Fibronics, where they worked as an NMS Team Leader until 1996. Israel then joined MRV Communications as an NMS Team Leader until 1998. Israel then worked at RadWiz, first as an NMS Team Manager from 1998 to 1999, and later as an NMS Group Manager until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Terayon as an NMS Team Manager/MAT Software Engineer. Israel then joined Mobile-Tornado in 2002 as an NMS Team Manager and stayed until 2011. Israel then joined Jungo as an SW Developer from 2011 to 2013. Israel worked at Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer from 2013 to 2014, and then at BMC Software as a Software Engineer from 2014 to 2019. Since 2019, Israel has been working at 3DSignals as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for the company's edge unit. In 2022, they joined NeuroBlade as a Software Engineer.

Israel Shainert completed their primary school education at Mezudot from 1975 to 1982, where they obtained a degree in General studies. Israel then attended Danciger High School from 1982 to 1986. Israel Shainert pursued higher education at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering.
