Ilan Howard's work experience begins in 1993 when they worked as an Electronic Counter Measures technician in the Air Force until 1997. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a student at Motorola Semiconductor. In 2000, they worked as an ASIC Engineer at Envara until 2001. Ilan then joined Siliquent in 2002 as a Senior VLSI Engineer until 2005 when the company was acquired by Broadcom. At Broadcom, they held the roles of VLSI team leader from 2005 to 2007 and VLSI design manager & chip leader from 2008 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a VLSI Design Senior Manager at QLogic. Ilan then moved on to Cavium Inc, where they held the positions of VLSI design Senior Manager from 2016 to 2017 and VLSI design Director from 2018 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Marvell Semiconductor as a VLSI design director until later that year. Currently, they are working at NeuroBlade since 2019 and has held the positions of Director of VLSI and VP VLSI.
Ilan Howard attended Tel Aviv University from 1997 to 2001 where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Ort Singalovski, although specific details regarding the duration or course of study at this institution are not provided.
