Denis Nepomnyashchiy has over 30 years of work experience. Denis began their career in 1991 as an Application Developer and IT Generalist for non-IT companies. In 1996, they worked as a Software Developer and IT Generalist for Brig. In 1997, they worked as a Software Developer for Mobile Solutions. From 1999 to 2021, Denis worked at MERA in various roles, including Director, Manager, Business Development, Business Development/Canada, Russia, Account Director, R&D Director/Business Unit Director, HR Director, Project Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. From 2019 to 2021, Denis worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Neuro.net. From 2019 to 2021, Denis was also self-employed as a Business Consultant, providing IT companies consulting, including audit of processes, generation of solutions, analysis of existing business model for further optimization, optimization and automation of business processes, strategy development, long-term planning, improvement of productivity and qualification of developers, acceleration of product development and delivery, setting and decomposition of strategic and tactic goals. From 2019 to 2021, Denis was also the Director of Engineering/R&D at Colvir Software Solutions, with ownership of and accountability for a full cycle of software production, and management of a department with distributed R&D teams.

Denis Nepomnyashchiy attended Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU) from 1991 to 1996, where they earned an Engineer degree in IT. Denis then attended State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an MBA in Economics.
