Andie Archer is an experienced professional in people operations and talent acquisition with a strong background in customer experience analytics and marketing. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at Neuro-ID since January 2017, Andie has contributed to pioneering initiatives in real-time customer behavioral data analysis. Prior experience includes Talent Acquisition at Culver Careers and roles in media sales and client strategy at Collective, as well as positions in marketing coordination at PrimeLending. Andie began a career in marketing as an intern at Butler Arms USA and has also gained administrative experience at Cornerstone Communities. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Andie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising.
