Barrington Flath has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Barrington began their career at Hyde St. Studios in 2009 as an Audio Engineer. In 2010, they joined Clarity AVL, where they worked as a Programming and System Install technician for almost 9 years. In 2019, they moved to Neurilink as a System Programmer. Currently, Barrington is working at Battele Energy Alliance Llc as a Video Conferencing System Admin, starting from April 2022.

In 2009, Barrington Flath attended the SAE Institute in San Francisco, where they pursued a certification in Audio Engineering. This educational experience lasted for a year, ending in 2010.
