Tzvia Argov has held various administrative and people management roles since 2013. In 2021, they began working as the People and Operation Manager at NeuReality. From 2017-2021, they were the HR and Admin Manager at Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality - Hashmonaim Country Club, where they were responsible for the establishment of the country's entire administrative and HR systems. From 2016-2017, they worked as the Administrative Manager at Marmelada Market, managing the company's budget, customer charges, and credits, as well as office procurement from suppliers and preparation of monthly salary reports. From 2013-2016, they were the Administrative Manager at Karkur College - College of holistic medicine, where they had administrative responsibility of the academic side, coordination and monitoring of courses' obligations, and supporting academic staff lecturers.
Tzvia Argov holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Managment Studies from The College of Managment Academic Studies, which they obtained between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, in June 2017, they obtained a certification as an Iyengar Yoga teacher from the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Institute.
