James Baker is a highly experienced professional in systems engineering and technical support, currently serving as the Systems Engineering Lead for the High Performance Computing Cluster at LexisNexis since March 2022. With a long tenure at Neural Technologies starting from 2008, James has effectively managed a global team of eight engineers, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer support requirements are met. Experience includes roles as Technical Business Analyst and Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed solution design, deployment, and 24/7 support in the telecommunications and banking sectors. Prior to Neural Technologies, James served as Deputy Support Manager at G7 Computer Services Ltd, gaining leadership experience in support operations. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Network Management from Portsmouth University.
