Kevin W. Clemens, PE has extensive experience in the field of construction and engineering. Kevin W. began their career in 1986 as a Formwork/Blasting Engineer at Sierra Constructors, where they designed and detailed wood and steel formwork for various structures. Kevin W. also mapped and recorded blast patterns and results for a large amount of granite. In 1988, Kevin joined Story Construction as a Project Engineer/Project Manager, where they worked until 1996. During this time, they successfully managed and executed various construction projects. In 1996, Kevin joined Neumann Brothers, Inc., initially as a Project Manager and later became the VP of Estimating in 2018. Throughout their tenure, they played a key role in estimating project costs and managing projects effectively. In 2012, Kevin briefly served as the Chairman of the Education Advocacy Committee at Master Builders of Iowa, focusing on advocating for education in the construction industry. Overall, Kevin W. Clemens has gained extensive experience and expertise in construction management, estimation, and project engineering throughout their career.

Kevin W. Clemens, PE pursued their education at Iowa State University from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired the certification of Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) from Procore Technologies in December 2021.
