Selena Pasillas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Selena began their career at INLAND FASTENER INC in an unspecified year, where they worked as a Data Processor until 2016. Selena then joined Neudesic in 2017 as a Sales Operations Intern for a brief period of two months. In 2018, Selena transitioned into the role of Sales Operations Coordinator at Neudesic, where they worked until 2019. Following this, they took on the role of Sales Enablement Lead at Neudesic from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Selena holds the position of Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist at Neudesic, starting in August 2022.

Selena Pasillas completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Leadership: How to Influence, Inspire, and Impact as a Leader from Udemy in March 2023, as well as in Innovation and Entrepreneurial Thinking from the University of Kentucky in January 2017.
