Aman Solanki has a diverse work experience starting from their recent position as a Machine Learning Engineer at Neudesic in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Telepath.io as a Machine Learning Engineer, where they led Responsible AI efforts and developed a model explainability framework. At Telepath.io, they also created a framework for training models in under two minutes for large datasets, reducing training time by 50%.

Before their role at Telepath.io, Aman worked at Arth Interiors as a Remote Business Analyst from 2014 to 2020. In this role, they offered digitalization and automation solutions to improve business functions. They implemented cost-effective measures using prescriptive analytics and developed digital-based procedures to streamline processes, increasing overall efficiency by 30%.
