Neil Finke is a Business Process Improvement Manager at Neuco, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Finke served as an Aviation Civil Engineer at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. from January 2016 to October 2022. Finke also gained experience as a Public Works Engineer Intern at the Village of Lombard in 2015, where responsibilities included generating a 15-year capital improvement plan for public parking lots and conducting quality assurance on construction projects. Finke holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
