Julius Lo has worked in the tech industry since 2008. Julius began as a Senior Chip Designer at GUC, where they developed and integrated an H.264 main profile compatible codec onto an Altera FPGA. Julius then moved to HTC as a Senior Linux Engineer, where they worked on Linux peripheral drivers on Qualcomm platforms for Android smartphones. In 2012, they joined MediaTek as a Technical Manager and Staff Software Engineer, where they concentrated on system performance-power optimization on MediaTek smartphone platforms for Android KitKat to Pie. Julius invented and implemented a generic total solution capable of simultaneously fitting every individual application for both FPS steadiness and performance-power optimization. In 2019, they joined NEUCHIPS-CORPORATION as a Senior Manager.
Julius Lo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University between 2000 and 2004. Julius then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2004 and 2006.
