Ricardo Silva is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and technical systems. Currently serving as Chef de projet informatique and Chef d'équipe IT at Etat de Neuchâtel since January 2019, Ricardo has previously held positions including Chef de projet système adjoint and Technicien système at Ville de Neuchâtel from April 2003 to December 2018. Earlier in their career, Ricardo worked as a Technicien système - Board Test at Silicon Graphics Inc. for a brief period in 2001. Ricardo holds a Certificat fédéral de capacité in Informatique from Centre professionnel du Littoral neuchâtelois, completed in 2001.
