Tomasz Fidos is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Business Partner at Grupa NEUCA since February 2009. In this role, Tomasz is responsible for building strategic relationships with business owners and leadership teams, managing budgets, and overseeing IT processes to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT products. Previous positions include IT Applications Manager, Business Analyst, Software Administrator, and Senior Service Desk Consultant, with a focus on business analysis, system monitoring, and incident management. Before joining Grupa NEUCA, Tomasz worked at Relacom and Telekomunikacja Polska in technical advisory roles. Tomasz holds an Engineer’s Degree in IT from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki w Łodzi, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
