Sylwia Rawinis has over a decade of experience in human resources and personnel management, currently serving as the Personnel Acquisition Manager at Grupa NEUCA since June 2012. Previous roles at this company include acting as the Personnel Acquisition Manager and positions as a Senior and Specialist in Personnel Recruitment and Development. Additionally, Sylwia contributed as a volunteer and fundraiser at Fundacja YouHaveIt from 2010 to 2014, where responsibilities included fundraising and project coordination.
