Patryk Link has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Recruitment & Development Director at Grupa NEUCA since March 2009, following roles including Training & Development Manager and HR Coordinator. Additionally, Patryk has been a lecturer at Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu's Institute of Sociology since April 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower Professional Poland from October 2007 to March 2009, specializing in comprehensive search and selection within engineering and sales & marketing in Northern Poland. Patryk holds a master's degree from Nicolaus Copernicus University and a postgraduate degree in HR Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Toruń.
