Vishal Pareek has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions.

From 2010 to 2012, they worked at IBM Global Business Services as an SAP HCM - Application Developer. In this role, they were responsible for gathering requirements, developing web-enabled payroll and workflow applications, and coordinating with stakeholders to provide HR business solutions.

In 2012, Vishal worked as a Graduate Assistant at UNC Charlotte, where they assisted in researching ethical practices in the pharmaceutical industry and preparing teaching materials.

From 2013 to 2013, they interned at Piedmont Natural Gas as an Asset Management and Risk Analyst. Here, they independently developed a risk analysis tool using geospatial analysis, implemented a process to calculate risk scores, and provided analytical results for operational compliance activities.

Vishal joined Neubrain in 2014 and continued to work there until the present. Vishal started as a Technical Consultant, developing solutions in the field of Corporate Performance Management, Business Intelligence, and Data Integration. Vishal implemented budgeting and forecasting models, as well as dashboards for various organizations. Later, they became a Senior Consultant, working on integrating different data sources and leading special projects that required a combination of business knowledge and technical expertise. Currently, they hold the position of Director, overseeing the success of multiple implementation projects, working with prospective customers, and leading training sessions.

Vishal Pareek completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur in 2010. Vishal pursued further studies and received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2014.
