Alita Watson is a seasoned executive specializing in leadership development and organizational culture. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Alma since January 2021, Alita leads a community of industry and executive coaches focused on facilitating strategic change within organizations. As a Senior Associate and Embedded Coach at Neuberg, Gore & Associates, Alita leverages extensive experience in transforming startups into successful enterprises. Previously, Alita held the position of Head of Coaching & Culture at Sonder Inc., advising C-suite executives on employee experience and culture enhancement. A former Business Development Advisor and Coach, Alita successfully supported several startups, fostering resilience and growth. Alita is also the founder of Brilliant Future International, a nonprofit aimed at empowering young women in Ghana through education, and served as Head of Global Relations for Smile Network International, contributing to global health initiatives.
