Caroline Cake is an accomplished executive with a strong background in health technology and management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Neu Health since November 2022, where the organization is focused on advancing Parkinson's disease and dementia care through a smartphone-based platform. Previously, Caroline held roles as Entrepreneur In Residence at Oxford Science Enterprises and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Health Data Research UK. Caroline also served as Director at 2020 Delivery from 2007 until 2018, working with McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and beginning as a Consultant at Roland Berger. Caroline's early career included engineering roles at ICI and Thales, where Caroline was recognized as the first female winner of the Young Engineer for Britain Award. Caroline holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge.
