Thorsten Thiebach has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thorsten started their career in 2008 as a Sourcing Responsible for Automotive Equipment in India at Automotive Lighting. In 2012, they worked as a Collegiate Supply Chain Analyst at GAMI global advanced manufacturing institute, focusing on the development of external milk runs between suppliers and customers. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Netzsch Pumpen & Systeme GmbH in a role involving strategic projects and process optimization. Since 2017, they have been with NETZSCH Pumps & Systems North America, initially as an Operations Manager and currently serving as the Vice President of Operations.

From 2010 to 2014, Thorsten Thiebach attended the Universität Karlsruhe (TH) / University of Karlsruhe, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2012, they also studied at Linköpings universitetet for a brief period as part of their Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering.
